Fort Kinnaird Recruitment & Skills Centre is delivering a one week Skills for Sustainable Retail Course, for 16 - 24 year olds, offering accredited training and support you need to get a job at Fort Kinnaird.

The course starts on Monday, 20th of October 2025. You will learn about:

• Effective communication and listening skills
• Safety and compliance in the work place
• Introduction to sustainability
• Dealing with customers’ needs (including customer dissatisfaction)
• The importance of net zero behaviours in the workplace
• The importance of good customer service to organisations
• How to create a good impression with customers
